STEP 2:
Click on Start New Test and follow the instructions to complete the assessment. When prompted to select a unit, please choose Customer Service to proceed further.
STEP 3:
Once completed, please make a note of the AMCAT (Access you Amcat clicking 3 dots on top right corner of screen).

Interview Mode:

Attempt all questions in the SHL Assessment app, as there is no negative marking.
The assessment is proctored, so choose a quiet environment.
Use a headset or headphones are for clear communication.
Assessment cleared candidates will be processed further ahead for Ops round
Please do not switch screens during the assessment. Detection of multiple faces, absence of a face, or any form of malpractice will result in disqualification.
Once you've finished, submit the assessment and make a note of the AMCAT (15 Digit) used for the assessment.
