STA / Synthesis - Technical Manager

We are looking for a skilled STA / Synthesis - Technical Manager to join our team at a Product based company. As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Static Timing Analysis (STA) and Synthesis processes to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the STA and Synthesis teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize design performance and timing closure
Develop and implement strategies to improve design methodologies and tools
Conduct thorough analysis and debugging of timing issues
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in STA and Synthesis technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience in STA and Synthesis for complex ASIC designs
Strong knowledge of industry-standard EDA tools and methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
