Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Devices Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Clear Castle's innovative dental technology solutions, including transparent aligners, fixed lingual retainers and sleep appliances. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining dental clinical relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing product guidance and support. The role also involves achieving sales targets, creating strategies to grow market presence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
Knowledge of the dental/healthcare industry and understanding of dental device sales
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Target Achievement capabilities
Team Collaboration and Problem-Solving skills
Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting
Experience in dental aligner sales or related fields is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
