About the Role :

Dezy is hiring a Clinic Cluster Head - a senior clinician-leader who will own, lead, and scale 3–4 dental clinics end-to-end. This role is designed for an MDS with strong leadership ambition who wants to move beyond chairside dentistry into multi-clinic ownership, people leadership, and performance management. You will be accountable for clinical excellence, patient experience, team performance, and business outcomes across your assigned clinic cluster.

● MDS with 3–5 years of post-MDS experience

● Proven experience managing multiple dental clinics / centers (4+ clinics) or experience managing a very high performing clinic

● Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills

● Comfortable with targets, numbers, and performance tracking

● Experience handling complete clinic operations

● Ability to balance clinical responsibility + operational ownership

● Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage multiple dental clinics within the assigned cluster

● Ensure high clinical quality, SOP adherence, and exceptional patient experience

● Drive productivity, conversions, and clinic performance

● Own end-to-end clinic operations including staffing, workflows, and discipline

● Mentor, guide, and review CGDs, doctors, and clinic teams

● Ensure compliance with attendance, policies, hygiene, and operational standards

● Work closely with HR, Operations, Finance, and Central Teams

● Act as the business and clinical owner of the assigned cluster
