Therrapie Hematology and Oncology Care is a specialized cancer day clinic in Bangalore, inspired by the USA's patient-centered care model. Our multidisciplinary team delivers chemotherapy, bone marrow transplants, cancer surgeries, and comprehensive hematology services.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Oncologist to join our growing team at our Banashankari clinic. You'll work alongside leading specialists including surgical oncologists, pediatric oncologists, and hematologists in a setting designed around patient comfort and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with various oncological and hematological conditions
Develop personalized treatment plans including chemotherapy protocols, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (surgical oncologists, hematologists, pathologists, radiologists) for comprehensive case management
Conduct OPD consultations and oversee day-care chemotherapy administration
Counsel patients and families with empathy and clarity on treatment options, prognosis, and supportive care
Stay current with advances in oncology and contribute to the clinic's commitment to evidence-based care
Participate in tumor board discussions and case reviews
Qualifications
MBBS with MD/DNB (Medicine) and DM (Medical Oncology) or equivalent
MCI/NMC registration (mandatory)
Minimum 3–5 years of post-DM clinical experience preferred
Experience with chemotherapy administration, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy protocols
Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
Prior experience in a day clinic or outpatient oncology setting is a plus
