Position Summary
The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting impactful research, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic and institutional growth of the university. The role involves active participation in curriculum development, innovative pedagogy, industry collaboration, and research publication in reputed journals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching and Learning
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science and related disciplines such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Software Engineering, and IoT.
Develop and deliver course content using innovative and engaging pedagogical methods.
Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.
Incorporate emerging technologies and industry practices into classroom instruction.
Conduct tutorials, workshops, and seminars to enhance student learning outcomes.

2. Research and Publications
Undertake independent and collaborative research leading to publications in Scopus / ABDC / SCI-indexed journals.
Apply for external research funding and manage sponsored research projects.
Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and professional networks.
Mentor students in research and innovation projects, hackathons, and competitions.

3. Academic Administration and Contribution
Participate in departmental and institutional committees, accreditation, and quality assurance processes (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, etc.).
Contribute to curriculum design, academic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Engage in student mentoring, academic advising, and career guidance.
Support outreach, collaborations, and industry interface activities.

4. Industry and Community Engagement
Establish linkages with industry for research collaborations, internships, and placements.
Engage in consultancy, product development, and knowledge transfer activities.
Participate in social responsibility and community outreach initiatives of the University.

Qualifications and Experience
For Assistant Professor:
Master’s degree (M.E. / M.Tech.) in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field from a reputed institution with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Ph.D. (awarded or submitted) in relevant specialization preferred.
Strong academic record and passion for teaching and research.
Evidence of research publications, preferably in indexed journals.
For Associate Professor:
Ph.D. in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of  8 years  of teaching / research / industry experience, including at least  3 years  at the level of Assistant Professor.
Demonstrated record of high-quality publications, research grants, and academic leadership.
Experience in curriculum development and mentoring junior faculty preferred.
