JOB DESCRIPTION:

Trainer – Learning& Development (L&D)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging training sessions across multiple domains, including Sales, Operations, Academics, and Human Resources.
Develop training content, modules, assessments, facilitator guides, and learning materials aligned with business needs.
Support hiring processes, including campus recruitments, by assisting with screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding different roles.
Manage training schedules, maintain training records, track assessment scores, and provide feedback responses.
Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training interventions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

Fresh Graduates/Post-Graduates eligible.
NIRF Criteria:

Candidates must be from  Top 50 NIRF-ranked colleges (mandatory).
Immediate Joiners:

Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Strong communication skills (spoken &written) with confidence to train diverse groups.
Good presentation skills and abilityto facilitate interactive training sessions.
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude,and strong coordination ability.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with MS Officeand digital learning platforms.
