You being part of the team will develop and deliver programs on soft skills and leadership development, which focuses on boosting productivity, improving team dynamics, increasing employee retention, work culture and customer service.
What you work:
As a Specialist-Training (Soft-skills), you will be responsible in designing and delivering training programs, assessing employee needs, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will have to create training materials, facilitate interactive workshops, and provide coaching to help individuals improve in areas like communication, teamwork, leadership, customer service and problem-solving. You are required to work closely with different leaders in the org and collaborate with them on developing soft skills / leadership programs for their teams, monitor their team’s progress, and provide periodic feedback to leadership.
Knowledge in design and development of behavioral training content as per organizational goals and business requirements.
Experience in conducting effective behavioral trainings for the varied audience using different delivery modes (ILT, VILT, Hybrid).
Ability to conduct programs to find behavioral skill gaps, develop and execute plans to coach and mentor employees for performance improvements
Work with leaders in the organization to drive training programs for managers and above.
Familiar in working with vendor eco-system to co-create custom programs and facilitate.
Manage the training content, training data for the reporting and analysis.
Mandatory skills:
Knowledge of Instructional design and adult training delivery.
Experience in design, development and delivery of behavioural and leadership trainings.
Familiar in using instructional and behavioural assessment tools.
Excellent spoken and written communication.
Ability to interface with different stakeholders in the organization.
Desired skills:
Certification in Soft Skills and Coaching
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience : 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
Education :
Bachelor in psychology, human resource education or any other equivalent degree, Post-Graduation in specialization related to soft skills field
