Academic Counsellor (Full-Time)
You’re the face + voice of Unacademy — guiding students, closing enrollments, and making smart career dreams happen.
What You’ll Do
- Generate & convert leads like a boss
- Conduct walk-ins at the center & handle daily calling ☎️
- Counsel students & parents (in-person + phone) ️
- Drive enrollments, revenue & results
- Build strong student-parent relationships
- Track follow-ups, data & market trends
- Collaborate with teams & smash targets
✅ What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s = extra swag )
- 1+ year in EdTech / academic counselling (NEET and JEE Course sales mandate)
- Strong sales, communication & negotiation game
- CRM-friendly & target-hungry mindset ⚡
