About the Role
The SIP Leader will drive strategic partnerships with schools to integrate Unacademy’s learning
solutions into the school ecosystem. This role focuses on long-term institutional partnerships,
program adoption, and recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic School Partnerships
● Identify schools for SIP collaborations (Grades 6–12).
● Pitch integrated academic solutions aligned with school curriculum and outcomes.
● Customize partnership models based on school needs.
2. Relationship & Account Management
● Manage key school accounts and ensure sustained engagement.
● Work with principals, trustees, and academic leadership for renewals and expansion.
3. Revenue & Program Scale
● Own SIP revenue targets and student enrolment numbers.
● Drive renewals, grade-wise expansion, and multi-year partnerships.
4. Execution & Coordination
● Ensure smooth program rollout with academic, ops, and product teams.
● Monitor performance and resolve execution issues proactively.
5. Market & Product Feedback
● Provide insights on school requirements, pricing sensitivity, and academic cycles.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
1. 4–8 years of experience in B2B EdTech, school partnerships, or institutional sales.
2. Strong stakeholder management and consultative selling skills.
3. Understanding of K–12 curriculum and school decision-making processes.
