Role Overview

PARTECON is building a School Operating System that transforms how schools manage daily academic execution.
We are hiring a  School Outreach Executive  whose primary responsibility is  on-ground school engagement —initiating conversations, creating awareness about PARTECON, and enabling structured meetings with school leadership.

This role is  not sales ,  not tele-calling , and  not marketing .
It is a  field execution role  focused on relationship building and structured school interactions.

Key Responsibilities
1.
On-Ground School Walk-ins

• Visit private schools within assigned areas

• Walk in professionally and request meetings with:

• Principals

• Vice Principals

• School Administrators

• Represent PARTECON confidently and respectfully
2.
Initial School Engagement

• Introduce PARTECON at a high level (concept-based, not product pitching)

• Follow the provided  meeting structure and field guide

• Focus on understanding:

• Current school systems

• Digital tools used

• Communication methods

• Academic workflow challenges
3.
Meeting Coordination

• Secure permission for:

• Follow-up meetings

• Prototype demo sessions (when ready)

• Coordinate schedules with the internal team (Jessy / Operations)
4.
Structured Data Capture

• Record meeting outcomes in provided Google Sheets:

• School details

• Person met

• Interest level

• Key observations

• Next steps

• Maintain accuracy and discipline in reporting
5.
Brand Representation

• Carry PARTECON brochures and materials

• Maintain professional conduct aligned with PARTECON values

• Build trust without overselling or pressuring schools

What This Role Is NOT
•❌ Not tele calling or lead generation
•❌ Not product demo or pricing discussion
•❌ Not sales closure
•❌ Not marketing or promotions

This role is about  opening doors , not closing deals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Comfortable with field work and daily school visits

• Confident communicator in English and local language

• Calm, respectful, and presentable personality

• Able to follow structured processes and instructions

• Background in education, outreach, field sales, or administration is a plus

Work Structure

• Working Days:  Monday to Friday

• Nature of Work:  Field-based (schools) + light reporting

• Reporting To:  School Engagement Lead / Operations Head
