Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and student-centric TGT – Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality science instruction to students, foster a positive learning environment, and contribute to holistic student development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned science lessons (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) for middle and secondary school classes.
Conduct classroom and laboratory sessions to reinforce scientific concepts and encourage inquiry-based learning.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress through tests, assignments, projects, and exams.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and instructional aids.
Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and school events.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) with specialisation in Physics/Chemistry/Biology and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent.
Experience:
Prior experience teaching science subjects at the middle/secondary level is preferred.
Skills:
Strong subject knowledge in science disciplines (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to use modern teaching aids and digital tools effectively.
