In This Role, You Will

Assess and evaluate student performance through regular testing and feedback, providing constructive guidance to enhance their understanding.
Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate physics with other subjects, fostering a holistic learning experience.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and enhance teaching practices.
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on experiments and real-world applications of physics.
Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and a love for learning.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities, fostering a supportive community.
Contribute to school events and extracurricular activities, enhancing the overall educational experience for students.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
A Bachelor's degree in Physics, Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification recognized by the CISCE.
Strong understanding of physics concepts and the ability to convey them effectively.
Experience in teaching at the secondary school level, preferably within the CISCE framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with colleagues.
Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to enhance learning.
Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and student assessments.
