Kai Early Years  is seeking a  motivated and dedicated Daycare Teacher / Early Years Facilitator  to support children aged  1 to 6 years . In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children’s intellectual, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences
Foster children’s curiosity, creativity, and early problem-solving skills
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain high standards of care, safety, and ethical practice

Qualifications & Essential

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (Any stream)
Strong alignment with the Kai Purpose and values
Genuine passion for holistic child development
Compassionate, patient, and caring approach to teaching
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Creative mindset with the ability to inspire young learners
