About the Role
The Head of Content will be responsible for defining and driving the academic content vision across JEE, NEET, UPSC, and K12 segments, ensuring delivery of high-quality, curriculum-aligned, and outcome-driven learning material s role will lead content strategy, academic governance, and execution across multiple exam verticals while building strong, high-performing content teams. The individual will ensure that content meets the highest standards of pedagogy, accuracy, learner engagement, and exam relevance.
The role requires close collaboration with academic faculty, product, growth, and technology teams to continuously enhance learner experience and learning outcomes. The Head of Content will also be responsible for establishing content frameworks, quality benchmarks, review mechanisms, and innovation in content formats to keep the organization ahead in the EdTech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Content & Academic Strategy
Lead content development strategy for K12, JEE, NEET, and UPSC.
Ensure curriculum relevance, learner impact, and business alignment.
Collaborate with academic, product, and tech teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Platform & OTT Expansion
Build and manage diverse cross-functional teams based out of Bangalore.
Establish operational, content, and growth frameworks for platform success.
Consulting & Ecosystem Enablement
Consult with multiple EdTech companies, schools, and institutions to scale business verticals.
Identify partnerships, collaborations, and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
8–15 years of experience in EdTech, digital growth, or education businesses.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in You Tube, Instagram, and digital funnel building.
Proven experience in P&L ownership and revenue growth.
Experience in OTT platforms, EdTech products, or learning ecosystems.
Strong leadership, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability.
Preferred Skills
Experience in building high-performing teams capable of executing lity to create repeatable growth engines across platforms.
