Learning and Development Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities

- Design global & scalable learning experiences for employees of all levels in the organization
- Facilitate programs and deliver train the trainer programs
- Manage implementation and continuation of learning programs
- Partner with business leaders to identify, develop, and deliver training
- Serve as learning SME for the organization
- Work closely with team to guide and mentor

Qualifications:

- The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years’ experience in learning and development, talent management, organizational development, or related fields, with a successful track record in managing complex, multi-dimensional projects, and proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders
- Experience creating and driving training programs
- Experience in implementing complex global learning programs
- Demonstrated ability to design and build learning plans linked to organizational goals
- Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design concepts and techniques, including frameworks and evaluation
- Excellent program implementation skills including logistical planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and communicate at all levels of an organization
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Brave, comfortable with ambiguity, and open to driving change
- Great attention to detail, with the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a multinational, global organization preferred
