To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

A Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field, with a teaching certification for secondary education.
Proven experience teaching chemistry at the upper secondary level, preferably in a CISCE-affiliated institution.
Strong knowledge of chemistry concepts, laboratory techniques, and safety protocols.
