Advanced English Educator

Location: Bengaluru

Airlearn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educator (Advanced English) for our English Content division.

This role involves creating high-quality advanced-level English learning content, guiding curriculum depth and rigor, and contributing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of advanced learners, particularly in global and US-facing markets. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional command of English, strong experience in advanced content creation, and the ability to mentor and collaborate with subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop engaging advanced-level English learning content, covering nuanced grammar, vocabulary, discourse, and usage.
- Review, refine, and elevate content quality using learner feedback, performance data, and engagement metrics.
- Stay up to date with global trends in English language teaching, assessment standards, and learner needs to continuously improve content quality.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience creating advanced English learning content (C1/C2 level preferred).
- Prior experience working with language learning platforms or digital education products is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience in collaborative content teams.
- Strong understanding of curriculum design, progression, and advanced language pedagogy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and feedback to optimize learning outcomes.
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
