About Swiggy Scenes :
Swiggy Scenes is building India’s newest culture and hyperlocal entertainment ecosystem across restaurants, cafes, bars and venues across the county. We are creating a network of hyperlocal events and IPs that bring GenZ and young India together across music, food, nightlife and experiences.
We are looking for a Senior Manager who can own the full Revenue and Growth charter for Scenes across cities. This role sits at the centre of business performance, partnerships and customer growth
What you will own:
Business Ownership
• Deliver monthly revenue, GMV and OPD targets across Scenes events and IPs
• Build growth playbooks across consumer, brand and PnL streams
• Lead pricing, yield and discounting strategies across formats like Raves, Workshops, Comedy, Pet Days, Cocktail Week and more
• Drive ticketing growth through better funnels, city selection and weekly calendars
Customer Growth and Demand
• Own NU, TU and repeat rate for all Scenes formats
• Build strong city based growth plans through category insights, creators, influencers and hyperlocal partnerships
• Own user-level and city-level storefronts to drive conversions across new, dormant, and repeat users. Optimize and refresh storefront experiences.
• Own CRM nudges across Push Notifications, Email, Whats App, and other media.
• Build customer cohort-level CRM plans and a monthly CRM calendar aligned with business targets.
• Drive experiments and measure performance to improve engagement and conversions.
Brand Partnerships & Monetization
• Drive brand partnerships for Scenes IPs across beverages, lifestyle and F&B brands
• Create scalable concepts for brand funded events and campaigns
Cross Functional Leadership
• Work with Storefront, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to deliver weekly performance
• Build dashboards and forecasting models for Scenes
• Present weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership
What makes you right for this role:
• 5 to 7 years of experience in consumer growth, revenue roles or events
• Strong understanding of GenZ culture, nightlife, food and city trends
• Comfortable with data, funnel thinking and performance metrics
• Flair for creators, content, brand storytelling and experiential formats
• Ability to work in a fast moving environment with ownership and pace
• Strong stakeholder leadership across Product, Marketing and Supply
• Experience in building partner or brand ecosystems is a plus
