Job Overview:

The Digital Training Marketing Manager – IRISS SMART Academy is responsible for building, scaling, and marketing the IRISS SMART Academy as a distinct, premium education brand within the IRISS ecosystem. This role owns the digital presence, content strategy, campaigns, and growth of the Academy, treating training as a standalone digital product and strategic growth channel.

The position ensures that the SMART Academy is positioned as the leading authority in electrical safety, reliability, and condition-based maintenance education through strong branding, compelling content, conversion-focused digital experiences, and multi-channel engagement across global and regional markets, with particular emphasis on MENA.

Key Responsibilities

SMART Academy Brand Ownership

- Establish and manage the SMART Academy as a separate digital brand entity under IRISS.
- Launch and manage dedicated:
- Linked In page
- Facebook page
- Additional regional platforms as needed
- Define brand voice, tone, visual identity, and messaging distinct from product marketing but aligned with IRISS.

Content Strategy & Execution

- Develop a continuous content engine for the Academy that reflects education-focused objectives:
- Learning value

- Career development
- Certification credibility
- Industry authority
- Produce and manage:
- Educational videos
- Infographics
- Animation and illustration videos
- Instructor explainers
- Course teaser trailers

Website & Landing Page Ownership

- Redesign and own the SMART Academy digital experience:
- Create high-conversion landing pages or a dedicated Academy website
- Clearly communicate:
- Value of the Academy
- Learning outcomes
- Career impact
- Certification benefits
- Go beyond listing course names and prices to build a true education brand platform
- Implement SEO and AEO strategies for training and education-related queries.
