Are you excited to join our team as Growth Content Specialist?
The Growth Content Specialist immediate focus is to revamp our website and refresh lifecycle communications. You will also own structured lead generation activities, improve conversion across the funnel, and cross function with other teams. The content you produce should be clear, friendly, and capable of tasteful humour when appropriate.

Key responsibilities
1) Existing channel optimization and Content strategy
Develop audience first content that powers B2B outreach and improves discoverability across search and emerging AI surfaces.
Lead the end-to-end website content overhaul: define page objectives, set the information architecture, write headlines and body copy, and build conversion focused CTAs.
Systematize lifecycle outreach with reusable templates, message variants, and sequencing, and implement CRM based automations to reduce manual effort and improve follow up SLAs.
2) Experiment new channels
Propose and run lightweight tests to reach decision makers through referrals, relevant partnerships, paid and community first approaches.
Pilot small paid initiatives only where there is a clear hypothesis and success metric.
3) Dashboard, analytics, and collaboration
Maintain dashboards that track leads, pipeline impact, and key funnel metrics.
Partner with sales for timely lead status updates and feedback loops.
Collaborate with design and campaign teams to deliver on goals and timelines.
Qualifications
4 to 5 years of experience in B2B growth with hands-on content experience.
Bachelor’s/master's in marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading with strong attention to detail. Ability to adapt tone by audience and channel
Familiarity with SEO, Growth fundamentals, Linked In marketing, Email Campaigns, Wati, CRM basics, driving communities, events.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning outcomes.
