Korean Educator

Location: Bengaluru

Airlearn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educator (Korean) for our Korean Content division.  This role involves creating high-quality educational content, guiding a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our Korean language learning experience meets the needs of learners in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Korean and English, experience in language learning content creation, and the leadership skills needed to mentor subject matter experts and drive curriculum quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging Korean language learning content tailored to learners in the US market.
Continuously review and improve content using learner feedback, performance data, and engagement insights.
Stay updated on trends in Korean language education and digital learning methodologies to innovate and enhance content delivery.
Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to educators or SMEs contributing to Korean content.

Qualifications:

Native or near-native proficiency in Korean, with strong English communication skills.
Proven experience creating Korean language learning content, preferably for digital or app-based platforms.
Strong understanding of curriculum design, CEFR-aligned progression, and instructional best practices for language learning.
Bachelor’s degree in Korean, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
