Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fine Arts Teacher located in Panathur Main Road, Kadubeesanahalli.
The Fine Arts Teacher will be responsible for planning and conducting art classes, providing constructive feedback to students, and encouraging artistic development.
This role requires a commitment for 6 days a week from 11am – 7pm with weekly holiday on any day except Sunday and Monday.
The role also provides the Fine Arts Teacher with the opportunity to practice and develop their own artwork at the academy to display their paintings on the premises. Any proceeds from the sale of these artworks will be forwarded to the Teacher, after a commission deduction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Fine Arts (BA in Fine Arts, MA in Fine Arts, Diploma in Fine Arts, etc.).
Preferred experience in teaching, guiding students of all ages and skill levels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and foster a creative learning environment.
Ability to tailor instructions to meet individual student needs.
Passion for art and the ability to inspire creativity in others.
Required Experience:
0+ years
Commitment to a minimum tenure of one year.
Video content creation experience is an added advantage.
