Role Description
The Assistant Professor of Management for  MBA Department  will implement and deliver engaging curriculum content, focusing on areas such as  Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Operations  and related fields. The role involves conducting lectures, facilitating discussions, and mentoring students to achieve academic and professional excellence. The successful candidate will engage in scholarly research, develop course materials, and contribute to curriculum development initiatives. The role is full-time, on-site, and based at the ABBS campus in Andrahalli main road, Bangalore Urban, providing opportunities to collaborate with peers and industry experts.

Qualifications
Expertise in Finance and Marketing, with the ability to teach and mentor students in these disciplines.
Experience in Curriculum Development and creating impactful, industry-relevant course content.
Strong Research and University Teaching skills to contribute to both academic scholarship and student success.
Effective communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage students in a diverse learning environment.
Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Management or a related field is highly preferred.
Prior teaching experience at the university level is an advantage but not mandatory.
