About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and certified Yoga Instructor with a strong understanding of the history, philosophy, and ethics of yoga. The ideal candidate will confidently lead structured yoga sessions, ensure correct alignment and terminology, and create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Practice

- Conduct and lead well-structured yoga classes with clear demonstrations and guidance.
- Guide students through yoga poses (asanas) with precise alignment and safe techniques.
- Use correct yogic terminology while instructing and explaining practices.

Student Engagement & Energy Flow

- Support students in achieving proper posture, balance, and breathing.
- Effectively manage energy throughout warm-up, build-up, and cool-down phases.
- Motivate and encourage students through positive communication and engagement.

Sequencing & Mindfulness

- Design and deliver intelligent, engaging, and age-appropriate yoga sequences.
- Incorporate asanas, pranayama, mantra, and mindful meditation into sessions.
- Foster a calm, focused, and disciplined atmosphere during classes.

Safety & Well-being

- Ensure student safety and well-being at all times during practice.
- Adapt poses and techniques based on individual student needs and abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory Qualifications

- Certified Yoga Instructor from a recognized institution.

Experience

- Prior experience conducting yoga classes, preferably in a school, studio, or institutional setting.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of yoga philosophy, ethics, and practice.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to connect with students through engaging and thoughtful instruction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred
