We are looking for Account Managers who understand performance marketing and care about revenue outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked as:
- Digital Marketing Manager
- Performance Marketing Lead
- Growth Manager
- Client Account Lead handling high-ticket lead gen
What You Will Do
You will own end-to-end funnel performance for assigned accounts, including:
- Managing Meta and Google performance alignment
- Monitoring lead quality and qualified rate
- Coordinating with creative, qualification and data teams
- Diagnosing CPL vs conversion drop-offs
- Structuring reporting for Marketing and Sales stakeholders
- Driving retention and revenue expansion
You will think beyond lead volume and focus on how marketing spend translates into qualified buyers and real revenue.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing or growth in India
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
- Experience in high-ticket lead generation environments
- Ability to analyze funnel metrics and improve conversion quality
- Comfort interacting with Marketing Heads and Sales teams
Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
- Real Estate
- Wealth Tech / Fin Tech
- BFSI
- Education
- Automotive
- Healthcare
