Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal/Vice Principal at SJES Central School Bangalore. The Principal/Vice Principal will oversee the daily operations of the school, manage academic and administrative staff, ensure academic excellence, and maintain discipline among students and staff. The individual will also be responsible for policy implementation, developing curricula, promoting a positive learning environment, and engaging with parents and stakeholders.

Strategic leadership and fostering an inclusive academic culture will be central to this role.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage academic and administrative functions effectively
- Experience in curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and academic planning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with parents, faculty, and the community
- Proficiency in staff management, policy implementation, and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Commitment to upholding educational standards, promoting moral values, and ensuring student development
- Master's or higher degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a leadership or administrative role in an educational institution is highly preferred
