The program supports each child’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth while fostering strong partnerships with families.

Chiguru has been implementing the Finnish system successfully for 2 years and is now looking to expand its team.

Position Summary:

As the teacher, you will collaborate with the Centre Head to implement the Lil Bo Peep Early Years Program in our classrooms.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Oversee the learning and well-being of children

· Teacher in charge of the learning process for any one grade level

· Interact directly with students in the classroom and guide the learning process every day.

· Your daily tasks will include planning, preparing, communicating with parents, empowering your team, and developing the overall early years program.

· More will be specified based on grade level

Essential Qualifications :

· Bachelor’s level degree in education, preferably in Early Years Education.

· Have a minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in international preschools.

· Have an established record demonstrating empathy, resilience, collaboration, and creativity.

· Excellent language skills in the language of instruction (English) and the local language (Kannada).

Good to have :

· Knowledge of International preschool education, especially Finnish Early childhood education, is an asset.
