Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher, located in Bengaluru. The Lead Preschool Teacher will design and implement effective lesson plans and innovative curriculum aimed at early childhood development. Responsibilities include fostering a positive learning environment, preparing engaging hands-on activities, and ensuring students’ emotional, social, and intellectual growth. Collaboration with fellow educators and communication with parents will also be integral to the role to track and support student progress effectively.

Qualifications
Expertise in Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Early Childhood Education
Familiarity with teaching approaches for Kindergarten and foundational education principles
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Proven experience in fostering a nurturing and creative classroom environment
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Certification in teaching or early childhood education is highly desirable
Demonstrated passion for early education and student development
