Academic Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:
Conduct  training sessions  for teachers, principals, and academic trainers, both online and in-person.
Deliver  presentations  to effectively communicate complex topics to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Provide guidance and support to educators in implementing  Computer Science ,  Robotics , and  Mathematics  concepts in their classrooms.
Curriculum Design & Development:
Design and develop  curriculum for  Computer Science  and  Mathematics , ensuring it is both educational and engaging.
Collaborate with other curriculum developers to create  lesson plans ,  assessments , and  projects  aligned with industry standards.
Regularly review,  curate , and  validate  content to ensure its accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
Content Quality & Review:
Conduct quality control  and review processes for all developed content to ensure it meets academic standards.
Ensure that  teaching materials  are up to date and relevant, incorporating the latest trends in  Robotics  and  Mathematics  education.
Training Support:
Provide  ongoing support and mentorship  to teachers and academic staff to ensure they can effectively deliver the curriculum.
Offer suggestions and feedback to improve teaching practices and student engagement with the content.
Qualifications/Preferred Candidate

Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree  in  Science ,  

B.Tech , or a related field (preferably with specialization in  Computer Science  or  Mathematics ).

Experience:

At least  1 year of teaching experience  in both  Computer Science  and  Mathematics  subjects, preferably in an educational or training environment.
