About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced  Senior Trainer – Soft Skills  to empower students and professionals with the essential skills required for personal growth, career readiness, and workplace success. This role involves training learners in communication, personality development, interview preparation, and professional etiquette to help them excel in their careers and stand out in the job market.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver  interactive classroom sessions and workshops  on soft skills, personality development, and career readiness.
Train learners in  resume building, group discussions, interviews, and communication skills  (verbal & non-verbal).
Develop and maintain engaging training content,  case studies, role-plays, and real-world exercises .
Provide  individual mentoring  to boost learner confidence, improve body language, and enhance professional etiquette.
Offer  constructive feedback  to learners for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure training outcomes are aligned with  career success .
Skills & Expertise Required
Expertise in  Soft Skills Training  – Communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, time management.
Strong background in  Personality Development and Interview Preparation .
Experience in  Resume Building and Career Guidance .
Excellent command over  verbal and non-verbal communication skills .
Ability to design and deliver  engaging classroom sessions  that simplify learning.
Skills & Attributes
Exceptional  communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills .
Ability to  inspire, motivate, and engage learners  effectively.
Strong  problem-solving and people management  skills.
Prior training/mentoring experience is preferred but not mandatory.
