Assistant Teacher – Pre Primary ( Inventure Academy Yeshwanthpur Campus)

At Inventure Academy, the Assistant Teacher – Pre Primary plays a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports the holistic development of young learners. Working closely with the Grade Teacher, you will help foster curiosity, independence, confidence, and a love for learning while aligning with Inventure Academy’s Vision, Core Purpose, Core Values, and Definition of Learning.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Grade Teacher in planning and facilitating engaging, inquiry-based, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
Build positive relationships with learners and support their academic, emotional, social, and physical well-being.
Assist in classroom management, routines, observations, documentation, and maintaining an organized learning environment.
Provide individual and small-group support to meet diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student growth and well-being.
Contribute to classroom displays, school events, and co-curricular experiences.
Uphold a safe, inclusive, and child-centered classroom culture.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Education / Early Childhood Education or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience working with young children in an International School setting is preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom support skills.
Familiarity with inquiry-based, play-based, or progressive education approaches is an advantage.
