About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and committed Mathematics Faculty to train PUC students for KCET-level Mathematics. The role focuses on supporting rural students through a hybrid teaching model combining offline and online classes.
This is a part-time position suitable for candidates who enjoy teaching, mentoring students, and making quality education accessible beyond urban centers.

Key Responsibilities
Teach KCET-level Mathematics for 11th & 12th PUC students
Conduct offline classes during scheduled outstation visits to partner colleges in Karnataka
Travel for 2 days every alternate week (approximately 4 days/month)
Take 4 online classes per week from our center in Bengaluru. (1 hour each)
Prepare students through concept-based and problem-solving oriented teaching
Support students with doubt clarification and exam preparation strategies
Coordinate with the academic team for planning and assessments
Qualifications & Requirements
PG Degree in Mathematics  or  UG Degree in Engineering
Strong command over KCET-level Mathematics
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in PUC / KCET coaching preferred
Good communication and classroom management skills
Willingness to travel within Karnataka for academic sessions
Comfortable with online teaching platforms
Preferred Skills
Experience teaching rural or first-generation learners
Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts
Student-centric and result-oriented teaching approach
