Role Purpose;
Deliver high-quality GGFI lectures and practical sessions for aspiring fitness professionals, combining strong exercise science knowledge with clear teaching, student engagement, and practical coaching ability.
Key Responsibilities ;
- Deliver GGFI course lectures and practical training sessions as per the defined curriculum.
- Teach core concepts across exercise science, personal training, fitness programming, client handling, and practical coaching.
- Prepare for assigned topics and conduct structured classroom and practical sessions.
- Support students in understanding the fitness career pathway and practical expectations of the profession.
- Conduct practical evaluations, assessments, and provide clear feedback to students.
- Maintain high standards of delivery quality, discipline, punctuality, and student engagement.
- Coordinate with the central academics and operations team on schedules, content, attendance, and student progress.
Eligibility Criteria;
Category 1 (Fitness Professional Route):
Bachelor's degree; certified personal trainer from K11, GGFI, NASM, ACE, Classic, or equivalent; minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Manager; fluency in the regional language; 100% on-site availability.
Category 2 (Physiotherapy Route):
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy; minimum 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist; fluency in the regional language; 100% on-site availability.
Evaluation Criteria;
- Communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Preparation quality on the assigned topic.
- Presentation skills and classroom presence.
- Teaching ability, student engagement, and practical demonstration quality.
- Subject matter expertise in exercise science and personal training.
Preferred Candidate Profile;
The ideal candidate has strong practical fitness knowledge, enjoys teaching, communicates clearly in the local language, and can represent GGFI with credibility and professionalism. They should be comfortable with classroom delivery, practical coaching, and mentoring students who are preparing for careers in fitness.
