Key Responsibilities
Design and develop curriculum, lesson structures, and academic programs
Ensure curriculum aligns with educational standards and goals
Review and update study materials, assessments, and teaching methods
Train and guide teachers/faculty on curriculum delivery
Monitor student performance and learning outcomes
Conduct academic research and introduce innovative learning strategies
Coordinate with management, teachers, and subject experts
Plan academic calendars, schedules, and evaluation systems
Ensure quality control in educational content
Analyze feedback from students, parents, and teachers for improvements
Skills Required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Subject expertise and academic knowledge
Curriculum planning and instructional design
Organizational and project management skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of education technology and digital learning tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject
Master’s degree often preferred
Experience in teaching, academic coordination, or curriculum design
Certifications in instructional design or education management can help
