Key Responsibilities
Guide students and parents through the overseas education process—from shortlisting universities to application submission.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on international universities, courses, admission criteria, and visa processes.
Assist students with documentation, application forms, and statement of purpose (SOP) reviews.
Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and virtual/in-person meetings.
Maintain student records and update CRM tools regularly.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Counseling, or related field).
1-3 years of experience in overseas admissions counseling or education consultancy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of admission processes for countries like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
