Key Responsibilities

Student Mobilization & Admissions

- Achieve monthly and annual student enrolment targets for various vocational education and skill development programmes.
- Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents regarding programme benefits, career opportunities, placements, and progression pathways.
- Generate and convert leads into admissions through field visits, digital campaigns, and referral networks.
- Maintain admission funnel data and regularly track conversion ratios.

Institutional Networking

- Develop and maintain relationships with PU Colleges, Degree Colleges, ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, Schools, NGOs, CSR partners, and corporate organisation in Construction and Hospitality segment.
- Arrange presentations, career guidance sessions, seminars, and awareness programmes at educational institutions.
- Build strong rapport with Principals, Placement Officers, Career Counsellors, and Management representatives.

Marketing & Promotion

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for vocational training, skill certification programmes, degree programmes, and short-term courses.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities through social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, and Whats App.
- Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, banners, and success stories.
- Manage online inquiries generated through websites, social media, and educational portals.

Industry & Stakeholder Engagement

- Liaise with Sector Skill Councils, Government Departments, Industry Associations, NSDC partners, and placement organizations.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, sponsor ships, and training partnerships.
- Participate in education fairs, job fairs, career expos, and industry events.

MIS & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, admissions, enquiries, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and admissions reports.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to improve outreach effectiveness.
