Description We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to conducting impactful research in the field of HR.
Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Human Resource Management.
Conduct research in HR-related fields and publish findings in reputable journals.
Supervise and mentor students in academic projects and research.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Engage in community service and outreach programs related to HR.
Skills and Qualifications Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR theories, practices, and current trends.
Experience in teaching at the university level is preferred.
Proficiency in research methodologies and statistical analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to departmental goals.
