Description   We are urgently looking for a Process Trainer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions on various processes and procedures to new hires and existing employees. The candidate should have a strong background in training delivery, with an ability to create effective training material and assessments.

Responsibilities    Conduct training sessions on various processes and procedures to new hires and existing employees
Create and maintain training material such as presentations, handouts, and assessments
Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
Collaborate with managers and other trainers to identify training needs and develop effective training programs
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes

Skills and Qualifications    2-4 years of experience in training delivery in a corporate environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Ability to create effective training material and assessments
Experience in using various training methods and techniques such as e-learning and simulations
Good understanding of various process domains such as finance, healthcare, and customer service
Bachelor's degree in a related field
