This is a full-time, on-site role for a ROBO-G Coordinator & Experiential Learning Mentor based in Bengaluru. This is a hybrid role combining teaching and center coordination. You will conduct engaging, hands-on robotics, coding, and STEM sessions for students (ages 5–15), mentor them in projects and competitions, and ensure a fun, experiential learning environment. In addition, you will manage day-to-day center operations, including scheduling, parent communication, student coordination, and supporting enrollments, workshops, and events.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging, hands-on robotics, coding, and STEM sessions for students aged 5–15.
Mentor students in projects, experiments, and robotics competitions.
Create a fun, interactive, and experiential learning environment.
Manage day-to-day center operations, including scheduling and class coordination.
Handle parent communication and provide regular updates on student progress.
Support student enrollments, workshops, and center events.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of sessions and activities.
Maintain discipline, safety, and proper usage of robotics/STEM equipment.
Track student attendance, performance, and learning outcomes.
Assist in planning and executing STEM exhibitions and special learning events.
