Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Preschool Teacher role based at the Early Ventions center in Varthur, Bengaluru East. The Preschool Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the school's international curriculum, supporting children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Responsibilities include creating a safe and engaging classroom environment, observing and documenting children's progress, and maintaining clear communication with families about daily activities and developmental milestones.

The role involves supervising children during class, playtime, meals, and rest periods, as well as ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards. The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, school events, and continuous improvement of classroom practices.
Qualifications

Relevant training or certification in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Teaching, Montessori, or a related field.
Proven experience working with preschool-age children in a classroom, daycare, or early learning setting.
Strong classroom management, child engagement, and behavior guidance skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with children, families, and colleagues.
Ability to plan and facilitate creative, play-based, and activity-based learning sessions.
Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for children from diverse backgrounds.
Basic proficiency in English; familiarity with additional local languages is an advantage.
High levels of patience, empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
