Collections Trainer

Role Responsibilities:
Deliver soft skills and collections-related training across multilingual teams.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching.
Collaborate with operations teams to align training with business needs.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
Job Requirements:
1–3 years of experience as a trainer (minimum 1 year required on paper for external candidates).
Proficiency in Hindi, English, Kannada, and Telugu.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in collections preferred.
