We are now looking for an Instructional Designer who can translate this philosophy into impactful learning journeys.
Role Overview
The Instructional Designer will own the end-to-end design of leadership development and coaching journeys, bringing together frameworks, tools, and experiences into cohesive programs that transform individuals and teams.
This role demands conceptual sharpness, strong instructional design capability, and the ability to contextualize content for senior leadership audiences . You'll work closely with our coaches, facilitators, and leadership team to co-create learning architectures that are both rigorous and experiential.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design approaches, and align on learning journeys.
Design end-to-end leadership journeys for CXOs, CHROs, and senior leadership teams.
Translate client needs and diagnostics into customized learning pathways (modules, sessions, coaching touchpoints, assessments).
Develop program frameworks, participant materials, toolkits, and facilitator guides.
Curate and integrate research, case studies, and leadership frameworks into PIVUT's journeys.
Collaborate with coaches, delivery leaders, and SMEs to co-create interventions that are practical and transformative.
Build scalable program architectures that balance personalization with repeatability.
Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and refine design based on feedback and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
5–10 years' experience in instructional design, learning design, or leadership development.
Mandatory experience in using Canva to create and visualize engaging learning journeys and supporting materials.
Strong grounding in leadership models and experiential learning methods.
Proven ability to design for senior leader audiences (CXOs, top teams, HR leaders).
Exceptional ability to structure complexity into clear, actionable learning journeys.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and visual.
Comfort working in a startup-like, high-agency, collaborative environment.
Background in consulting, leadership development firms, or premium L&D providers is a strong plus.
Psychology background is an added advantage.
