Job Overview: We are hiring Junior Lecturers with strong academic fundamentals and excellent communication skills to teach Physics for JEE Mains and Advanced aspirants. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver concept-driven lessons aligned with the JEE syllabus.
Assist senior faculty in academic planning, assessments, and student feedback.
Prepare lesson notes, practice materials, and content for tests.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and support classroom discussions.
Continuously improve teaching delivery through training and feedback.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in the subject or
B.Tech from a reputed institute.
0–2 years of experience in teaching or mentoring (Freshers welcome).
Strong subject command in Physics (JEE level).
Excellent English communication is essential.
Must be based in Bangalore or open to relocating.
