A multi-skilled professional who can manage end-to-end Learning & Development projects with a strong grip on:
Instructional Design
Audio/Video Post-Production
eLearning Development (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate)
Creative Media Production
Adult Learning Principles
Cross-functional Team Collaboration

Key Responsibilities Include
Driving learning projects from concept to execution
Designing engaging ILT and digital learning modules
Developing facilitator guides, workbooks, assessments & job aids Integrating media-rich content videos, voiceovers, animations
Ensuring SCORM/xAPI and LMS compatibility
Mentoring teams and managing stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications & Tools
Degree in Instructional Design / EdTech / Multimedia Strong understanding of the healthcare domain (nice to have) Tools:
Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, LMS platforms

Immediate joiners preferred  Experience : 2 to 10 years
