Role Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to discuss program offerings.
Assist in the admissions process by guiding students through application procedures.
Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Provide detailed information about academic programs, scholarships, and deadlines.
Engage with potential students to understand their educational needs and preferences.
Maintain and update the database with accurate information about leads and admissions.
Follow up with interested candidates to encourage prompt application submissions.
Actively participate in marketing campaigns to promote educational programs.
Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
Prepare and present reports on admission statistics and progress.
Conduct surveys to gather feedback from students about the admissions experience.
Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance communication and sales skills.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the student experience.
Resolve student concerns regarding admissions in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with other departments to support the institution's marketing goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to engage and motivate potential students.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Familiarity with educational programs and admissions processes is a plus.
Ability to handle objections and resolve issues professionally.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability and punctuality in the workplace.
Ability to work on-site at our office in India.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
