Role Description
You're someone who's spent time creating, maybe you've made videos, managed an Instagram, written scripts, worked with talent, or built something of your own, and now you're ready to take that energy and apply it at scale. This is not a creator role. It's a brand operations role for someone who deeply understands what it takes to create, and can manage all the moving parts that go into bringing Allo Health's brand to life.
You'll sit at the intersection of content, production, and brand strategy, owning timelines, coordinating people, and making sure the work actually ships.
What you'll own:
Social media
- Project-manage content calendars across platforms: briefing, tracking, publishing.
Video production
- Coordinate shoots end-to-end: locations, crew, timelines, approvals, and final delivery.
Doctor creator program
- Work with our medical team to ideate, brief, and produce doctor-led content ipts & narratives
- Develop scripts and content briefs that are accurate, on-brand, and actually watchable.
Location & logistics
- Own pre-production: location scouting, permits, scheduling, vendor coordination.
Artists & talent
- Liaise with external talent, creators, and collaborators for campaigns and productions.
What we're looking for:
Creator energy with an operator mindset
Hands-on experience with production workflows
Strong at briefing and stakeholder management
Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
Detail-oriented without being slow
Genuinely curious about health and wellness
Experience level is less important than the right instincts. If you've built something- a channel, a show, a brand, a community, and you understand what it takes to keep the machine running, we'd love to talk.
Bonus if you have:
Hands-on experience with short-form video content
Familiarity with health or wellness brands
Experience working in a startup environment
A good eye for what makes content work (and what doesn't)
