Role & Responsibilities Guide and support students throughout their academic journey.
Handle student queries related to academics, LMS, fee payments, and semester processes.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
Track student progress, assignment submissions, and academic activities.
Ensure high student satisfaction and timely query resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution within TAT.
Encourage students for semester re-registration and course completion.
Maintain accurate student records, MIS reports, and communication updates.
Build strong relationships with students and provide personalized support.
Preferred Candidate Profile 2–6 years of experience in Academic Counselling / Student Support / EdTech Industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
Knowledge of CRM, LMS, and ticketing tools preferred.
Good understanding of university academic processes.
Proficient in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Post-Graduation preferred in Management, Commerce, Journalism, IT, or related fields.
Willingness to work on weekends on a rotational basis.
