Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Educator at Eravoo Centre of Learning, located in Bengaluru. The Preschool Educator will design and deliver engaging lesson plans, facilitate hands-on and inquiry-based activities, and support children in their cognitive, emotional, and social development. The educator will foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, and contribute to training and development programs for continuous improvement in teaching practices.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Lesson Planning and developing age-appropriate educational materials.
Proficiency in Teaching and implementing child-centered education methods.
Excellent Communication skills to connect with children, parents, and peers effectively.
Experience in Training and mentoring for professional growth and program enhancement.
A degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is preferred.
Passion for nature-inspired and play-based pedagogies.
Understanding of or experience with IB curriculum and/or Finnish and Japanese education philosophy is a plus.
