Education Counselor
We operate in the EdTech sector focused on online and blended learning, helping learners across India upskill and secure career outcomes through targeted courses and placement support. This on-site role sits at the intersection of learner acquisition, admissions operations, and career guidance—ideal for professionals who convert interest into enrollment while ensuring excellent student experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume counseling via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings to convert leads into enrolled learners, tailoring conversations to individual career goals and program fit.
Qualify and score inbound/outbound leads using established frameworks; manage timely follow-ups and nurture sequences to maximise conversion rates.
Manage end-to-end admissions tasks: document verification, scheduling assessments/demos, fee coordination, and enrollment processing.
Log and maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM, update lead status, and produce weekly conversion and pipeline reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to provide feedback on lead quality and help optimise messaging, outreach campaigns, and demo content.
Provide career-path coaching to candidates, set realistic expectations about outcomes, and escalate complex student cases to senior counselors or academic leads.
